About Me

I have spent most of my life in sport as an international competitor and coach and have always been fascinated with the mind and it's ability to both help and hinder us in all our endeavours. This has inspired me to learn, study and retrain as a therapist and has taken me on a journey of personal discovery and given me a passion to understand and help others in the many ways we all struggle with and can respond to the circumstances we encounter in our lives.

I know from personal experience just how difficult it is reaching out for support. So well done, you have already taken the first step by being here looking for help therefore believing that things can change.

I offer my clients a safe non judgemental space to talk about how and why they feel the way they do, a place to be listened to and to be really heard, a place to to acknowledge and connect with their feelings and to explore change and growth.

I draw on my qualifications and experience in Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, Person Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as my life experience to provide a comprehensive toolkit to best serve my clients.

I continue to learn and undertake continuous professional development to stay up to date with current best practice.
